Packages are available to residential and business premises within 50 km of Toowoomba GPO. Individual quotes are provided for premises outside this area.

Finance is provided through a third-party company and finance approval may be required for periodical payments over 48 months.

Device warranty covers devices for the period of the manufacturer’s warranty. Subject to no physical or tampering damage. Any claims for warranty must be provided in writing to our office manager.

All works will be completed in normal business hours. If works are required outside normal business hours, then additional costs apply.

One installation visitation which includes training of system will be provided. Any additional requests for changed set up, assistance or training will incur additional costs.

Internet is to be supplied by the client. No allowance for remote access set up, if details are not provided prior to the installation.
